Hand Washing Instructions *best option*

• Use cold water. Hot water can harm fabric.
• Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softener whenever possible.
• Handle with care. Avoid excessive scrubbing because it can damage the fabric’s elasticity.
• Air Dry (flat or hanging up). Do not tumble dry or iron. Too much heat can permanently damage the elasticity of the fabric.

Washing Machine Instructions

• Set to gentle cycle. Too much friction can cause damage to the fabric.
• Use cold water. Hot water can harm fabric.
• Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softener whenever possible.
• Place inside a washbag. Keeps shapewear fabric safe from damage.
• Air Dry (flat or hanging up). Do not tumble dry or iron. Too much heat can permanently damage the elasticity of the fabric.

Additional Tips

• How often do you wash shapewear?. You want to wash it frequently enough to get rid of sweat stains and odors but not too often as it can shorten the lifespan of the product. We recommend washing it frequently, but not every time you wear it. In between washing we suggest using our Antibacterial Faja Cleaning Spray.
• Avoid direct sunlight. The sun can deteriorate fabric so it loses its support strength and can also fade the color. Avoid air drying in the sun. Also, store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
