How to measure your waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. Keep one finger of space between the tape and your body.
How to measure your hips
With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

What size should I order in the NS049?
Use your waist and hip measurements together. If you are between sizes, size up -- Sculpt-level compression is firm and a size too small will feel restrictive rather than supportive. Our full faja size guide walks you through exactly how to measure.
Are the straps adjustable?
No. The straps on the NS049 are fixed and not adjustable. They are designed to sit at a standard torso length. If the strap length feels off after putting it on, adjust the faja position at the waist rather than pulling on the straps. Check our size guide for torso length guidance before ordering.
How long can I wear the NS049 in a day?
Most customers wear the NS049 comfortably for 8 to 12 hours. If you are new to compression garments, start with 4 to 6 hours and increase gradually over the first week as your body adjusts to the Sculpt-level compression.
Will the NS049 show under clothing?
The mid-thigh cut creates a clean hem line with no visible edge under dresses, skirts, or fitted pants. The open-bust design means you can wear any bra underneath including strapless styles. Note that the thick straps are visible at the neckline -- this faja works best under tops and dresses with covered shoulders or straps of their own.
Is the NS049 suitable for post-surgical recovery?
No. The NS049 is a daily wear faja, not a post-surgical garment. Post-surgical recovery requires medical-grade compression, boning for structure, and staged compression levels that change as your body recovers.
