  • Stage 1 (days 1 to 14) -- gentle compression, easy to put on and remove. Your body is most swollen and sensitive during this phase. A front-opening or side-zipper garment is typically recommended.
  • Stage 2 (weeks 2 to 8) -- firmer Sculpt-level compression as swelling reduces. This is where the NS052 belongs. The above the knee length supports the full thigh while the built-in bra covers the bust -- no second garment needed.
  • Stage 3 (weeks 8 and beyond) -- maintenance compression for long-term shaping. Your surgeon will advise when to transition.

What to expect when wearing the NS052 during recovery:

  • Weeks 2 to 4 -- wear 20 to 22 hours per day. Remove only for showering. Start on the loosest hook setting and tighten as swelling reduces.
  • Weeks 4 to 8 -- your surgeon may reduce required wear time. Many patients move to 12 to 16 hours per day. Adjust to the middle or tightest hook setting as your body continues to reshape.
  • Weeks 8 and beyond -- transition to Stage 3 or maintenance compression as directed by your surgeon.

How to wear

Step 1 — Before stepping in, fold the silicone grip bands outward at both leg openings. This prevents them from sticking to your skin as you pull the faja up.

Step 2 — Step into the faja from the bottom and work it up your legs using a side-to-side rocking motion -- shifting your weight from one hip to the other. The above the knee length means more fabric to work up so take your time.

Step 3 — Once at your waist, position the built-in bra cups over your bust before fastening anything. Smooth the fabric so the bra sits flat and centered.
