How to measure your waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. Keep one finger of space between the tape and your body.
How to measure your hips
With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

No. The NS018 has a built-in thong bottom so no underwear is needed underneath. The thong design eliminates panty lines completely under any outfit. If you prefer to wear underwear for hygiene reasons, a thong of the same color is the best option to avoid visible lines.
Will the thong bottom be comfortable for all-day wear?
Most customers find the NS018 comfortable for 6 to 10 hours. The Powernet fabric is soft against skin and the thong sits like any well-fitting thong underwear.
