How to measure your waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. Keep one finger of space between the tape and your body.
How to measure your hips
With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

The double abdominal panel is a second inner layer of compression fabric at the front of the waist trainer. It creates extra firm hold right at the front of the waist where most women want the most definition. A single-layer garment compresses once. The double panel compresses twice at the front, giving you a more cinched silhouette without increasing the overall size of the garment.
Does the CT003RA use the same size chart as other Colombiana products?
No. The CT003RA is a Mariae product and uses the Mariae size chart, which is different from the Colombiana NS and CB size chart. Always use the Mariae size guide before ordering to ensure the correct fit. Ordering based on your Colombiana size may result in an incorrect fit.
What is the difference between the CT003RA and the NS006?
Both are waist-only trainers with hook closures and steel bones. The NS006 has three steel bones, removable straps, and is a Colombiana product. The CT003RA has 13 steel bones around the full circumference, a double abdominal panel, a front zipper plus hook panel, and is a Mariae product with its own size chart. What size should I order in the CT003RA?
Use the Mariae size chart, not the standard Colombiana size chart. The CT003RA runs on a different scale and ordering your usual Colombiana size may result in an incorrect fit. If you are between sizes on the Mariae chart, size up. Maximum compression in a size too small will be uncomfortable rather than effective.
