A few things that make all-day wear easier with the CB198:

Before stepping in, fold the silicone grip bands outward at the top and both leg openings — this prevents them from sticking to your skin as you pull it up.
Smooth the fabric from the waist down before getting dressed to eliminate any rolling at the top edge.
The seamless top edge lies completely flat — run your hand along it after dressing to confirm nothing is showing through.
If you're between sizes, size up. Smooth-level compression is light but the fit should never feel tight at the waist.

Step 1 — Before stepping in, fold all three silicone grip bands outward, the one at the top and both leg openings. This prevents the bands from sticking to your skin as you pull the faja up.

Step 2 — Step into the CB198 from the bottom and begin pulling it up. Use a side-to-side rocking motion, shifting your weight from one hip to the other as you work it up your legs. This is the easiest way to move it up without rolling the fabric.

Step 3 — Once the faja reaches your hips, continue the same rocking motion to pull it up to your waist. Take your time, rushing causes bunching.

Step 4 — Once in place, align the side seams so they sit straight down the side of each leg. This ensures even compression and a smooth silhouette.

Step 5 — Smooth the fabric from the waist downward with both hands, working out any rolled or bunched areas before getting dressed.

Step 6 — Use the zipper crotch for restroom breaks, no need to remove the garment.
